Tracy is an experienced Project Administrator, Manager, and Engineer with a proven record of accomplishments in the areas of industrial, commercial and residential construction, management, production and engineering.
Tracy is an experienced Program Manager, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors in the conceptual, design, engineering and construction phases of projects. He has been the owner/operator on major industrial and commercial projects in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana.

Preston has experience in managing large commercial construction projects and has earned a reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. He has successfully executed a wide range of projects and possesses the practical knowledge and experience needed to meet the challenges of any project. He has managed projects utilizing many types of contract delivery systems and has served in many capacities for those contracts, including Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer and Project Accountant.
